The indications for lung aspiration biopsy are as follows: 1, for patients whose diagnosis cannot be confirmed quickly by conventional examination methods, but who need a clear diagnosis before surgery in order to choose the best treatment plan; 2, for patients who are not suitable for surgery and need pathological diagnosis in their treatment, lung aspiration biopsy can be performed; 3, it can be used to find tumor cells in order to clearly diagnose occupying lesions in the lung; 4, mainly for patients whose lung nodules, especially those with negative sputum cytology, are difficult to obtain specimens by fibrinoscopy, also known as bronchoscopy; 5, for patients with diffuse lesions in the lung and those with masses in the pleura or chest wall.
