The left ovary was 33×32 in size, with a 3125 large anechoic dark area with clear borders. The right ovary was 23×17 with normal echogenicity. She stopped taking Tingkun Pill and started taking Uterine Blood and Uterine Inflammatory Pills. Still have blood today and no change in symptoms. She has been wearing a Keene ring for 3 or 4 years and usually has some back pain in the morning. Since I had the ring, I sometimes have some bleeding after intercourse. I take Chinese herbal medicine for eczema, and then I take Tingkun Pill and Uterine Blood. What is the reason and how should I treat it? It is not a bad disease, right? Doctor: Why don’t you have your gonadal endocrine hormone levels tested? The reason is that at this age, there are cystic echogenicity in both ovaries and endocrine disorder is suspected.
