Baby’s hearing screening passed does not chase the sound, should take the baby to do hearing screening re-screening, if it is still passed, it may be the baby’s development is late, generally the child in 6 months or so chase the sound action is more obvious, it may be that the baby is not interested in the sound, to interact with the baby, the baby will be interested in the sound over time.
