Symptoms and treatment of fasciitis

Symptoms of fasciitis include localized pain, muscle tension, and limitation of movement, while treatments include non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, spasmolytic drugs, and surgery. 1.Symptoms of fasciitis: (1) Localized pain: patients with fasciitis will have persistent or recurring pain symptoms in the affected area, which will be aggravated after waking up in the morning, weather changes, overexertion, or being cold, but can be alleviated after activities. (2) Muscle tension: the affected muscles may feel tense or heavy. (3) Restricted movement: the affected muscles may be restricted in their movement and unable to perform some movements, but this is mostly seen in the acute stage. 2. Treatment of fasciitis: (1) non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs: it is the preferred drug for this disease, which can reduce local inflammation and relieve pain symptoms, such as diclofenac sodium extended-release tablets, celecoxib capsules and so on. (2) Spasmolytic drugs: can relieve the symptoms of local muscle tension and pain, commonly used is ethylpiperidone hydrochloride tablets. (3) Surgery: For patients who are not well treated with medication and judged necessary by the doctor, surgical treatment can be considered, such as plantar nerve release and soft tissue release. If the symptoms of fasciitis, patients need to go to the hospital for a clear diagnosis, and then according to the doctor’s guidance for standardized treatment, to reduce the adverse effects of the disease.
