Ipratropium Bromide Aerosol is an inhaled bronchodilator primarily indicated for the prevention and treatment of symptoms of dyspnea associated with chronic obstructive airway disease. The main ingredient of ipratropium bromide aerosol is ipratropium bromide, which is primarily indicated for the prevention and treatment of dyspnea associated with chronic obstructive airway diseases, including chronic obstructive bronchitis with or without emphysema, and mild to moderate bronchial asthma. This medication is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to atropine or its derivatives (e.g., ipratropium bromide, the active ingredient) or to any of the other ingredients in this product. The most common adverse reactions include headache, throat irritation, cough, dry mouth, gastrointestinal dyskinesia (including constipation, diarrhea and vomiting), nausea and dizziness. The correct method of administration should be mastered during use to avoid drug contact with the eyes, and patients with high intraocular pressure need special attention. This medication should be used under the supervision of a doctor, avoid self-medication.
