Ankylosing arthritis usually refers to ankylosing spondylitis, and its symptoms mainly manifest as joint pain, morning stiffness and other manifestations. 1. Joint pain: it is the most important clinical symptom of ankylosing spondylitis and the main cause of joint activity disorder. Joint pain mostly occurs at rest, can be relieved after activities, mainly lower back pain or sacroiliac discomfort, some patients will also be the first symptom of inflammation of large joints of the lower limbs, such as hip, knee, ankle joints, often asymmetric, recurrent episodes and relief. 2. Morning stiffness: the stiffness in the waist is obvious when getting up in the morning or sitting for a long time, but it will be reduced after activities. 3. Other symptoms: some patients may have recurrent uveitis or iritis. A small number of patients may also have dilatation of the root of the ascending aorta and aortic valve lesions, as well as cardiac conduction system abnormalities. Renal function abnormalities, interstitial pneumonitis of the upper lungs, numbness of the lower extremities, sensory abnormalities, and muscle atrophy and amyloidosis may also occur.
