MRI of temple pain is normal, excluding the possibility of intracranial lesions, which may be caused by tension headache, migraine, cluster headache. 1. Tension headache: due to emotional tension or stress, anxiety and other factors, tension headache will be induced, resulting in persistent dull headache, pressure, pain in both sides of the temples, the occipital area and the top of the head. 2. Migraine: due to nerve cell excitability disorders or endocrine and metabolic function abnormalities can cause migraine, headache symptoms, often occurring on one side of the temple, but also can spread to the other side, and in severe cases, affecting the whole head. 3. Cluster headache: due to the dilation of blood vessels, compression of the trigeminal nerve, causing its dysfunction, transient, intense unilateral headache around the eyes. Patients are advised to improve their lifestyles, avoid overwork, relieve psychological pressure and stabilize emotions to help improve symptoms and alleviate the condition.
