What to do if a kidney stone falls into the urethra

Kidney stones fall into the urethra that is the formation of urethral calculi, treatment according to the location of the stone can be divided into surgical treatment and non-surgical treatment.
If the stone is located in the urethral navicular fossa, you can inject paraffin oil into the urethra for lubrication and then gently push the stone out of the urethra, if the stone is not easy to push, you can try vascular forceps to reach into the urethra through the urethral orifice to remove the stone.
Anterior urethral calculi can be compressed proximal to the urethra under regional block anesthesia to prevent the stone from retreating, and then inject paraffin oil into the urethra and then gently push the stone to make it discharged, or vascular forceps can be used to clip out.
Posterior urethral stones are usually pushed into the bladder with a urethral probe, and then lithotripsy or stone removal is performed cystoscopically. Anterior urethral stones that are difficult to dislodge with non-surgical treatment can also be treated endoscopically.
Urethral stones are recommended to be treated accordingly by a medical professional who will evaluate the condition as soon as possible.
