Hip pain after a fall may be caused by local tissue injury, compression of the sciatic nerve, fracture and other reasons due to a fall on the hip.
1. Tissue injury: after a fall, if the hip hits the ground, it may cause local muscle and tendon tissue contusion, thus causing pain.
2. Sciatic nerve injury: if the hip falls directly to the ground, there may be compression of the sciatic nerve symptoms, nerve compression will appear more obvious pain, you can use non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs for pain relief, such as celecoxib and so on, but also the use of methylcobalamin tablets, to reduce the nerve edema.
3. Fracture: Hip pain caused by fracture after a fall is relatively common, the fall may lead to pelvic fracture or femoral head fracture, the surrounding small nerves as well as the bone nerve breakage or compression will appear severe pain.
