Ovarian fibromatosis belongs to ovarian gonadal mesenchymal tumor and belongs to one of the ovarian granulosa-mesenchymal cell tumors from pathological typing. Ovarian fibroma is a benign tumor. Treatment: 1. If the ovarian fibroma is less than 5 cm, it can be observed clinically and reviewed after 3-6 months; 2. If the fibroma is larger than 5 cm, it can be treated surgically, and there are two types of surgery, namely laparoscopic and open surgery. If the patient has unilateral fibroids, ovarian fibroid removal or adnexal resection on the affected side should be performed; if the patient has bilateral ovarian fibroids, bilateral fibroid removal can be performed; for postmenopausal women, total hysterectomy with bilateral adnexal resection can be considered.
