Adrenal tumors are classified as benign or malignant based on imaging. The main method of small adrenal adenoma on the left side is surgical resection and combined with radiotherapy treatment, through surgical resection, the tumor is taken out, and the purpose of complete eradication can be obtained. If the edge of the adrenal tumor is smooth, with envelope and no obvious invasion of surrounding tissues in the imaging examination, it is considered to be more likely to be benign, with a slow growth rate and clearer, and will not spread and metastasize. If it does not affect the patient’s blood pressure, it can be observed mainly. If the imaging examination of adrenal tumor suggests that the edge is blurred, the border of surrounding tissues is unclear or there is invasion, consider the possibility of malignancy. The treatment plan is mainly surgical resection, and the next treatment plan needs to be decided according to the pathological examination results after surgery. If there is a high risk of recurrence, local radiotherapy is also needed to reduce the risk of recurrence. It is recommended that when suffering from adrenal adenomas, one should go to the hospital in time for examination and actively cooperate with the doctor for treatment.
