Left back pain in female patients can have a variety of causes. Common causes include trauma, lumbar disc herniation, pelvic organ disease, and urinary system disease.
1. Trauma: there are acute and chronic injuries. Acute losses include all kinds of direct or indirect violence, lumbar vertebrae fracture or dislocation, muscle strain, etc. Chronic injuries are mostly caused by poor position and posture. Chronic injuries are mostly due to chronic cumulative injuries caused by poor body position, posture and so on.
2. Lumbar intervertebral disc herniation: mostly seen in young adults, with the fourth lumbar vertebrae to the first sacral vertebrae easy to occur. There is often a history of heavy lifting or sprains, and the disease usually starts slowly. The main manifestations are lumbago and sciatica.
3. Pelvic organ diseases: chronic adnexitis, cervicitis and pelvic inflammatory disease can cause lumbosacral pain. Pelvic organ diseases are often accompanied by lower abdominal distension and pelvic pressure.
4. Urological diseases: nephritis, pyelonephritis, left urinary stones, tuberculosis, tumors and many other diseases can cause left-sided low back pain.
In addition to the above diseases, there are many other diseases that cause women’s left lower back pain.
