Strong patients accept treatment at ease and can endure the pain caused by various surgeries, chemotherapy and radiotherapy. The treatment prognosis is good. 2, anxious patients show irritability and do not think about eating, distrust of treatment methods, to change to a new treatment plan and other uncooperative behavior, the patient’s family should care for the patient. 3. Pessimistic and disappointed patients are in a trance, depressed and miserable all day long, and cannot cooperate well with the treatment, so the treatment effect is poor and the prognosis is not good. Functional exercise of the limbs after breast cancer surgery: 1. edema of the affected upper limb; 2. scar contracture leading to dysfunction: ① the surgery removed a large amount of skin from the chest wall, which affected the function of abduction and elevation of the affected limb. (2) Lymph node dissection in the axilla leads to greater soft tissue damage and the lymph node confluence is affected leading to upper limb edema.
