There will be bleeding after hysteroscopy. Bleeding after hysteroscopy is divided into two cases. 1. Bleeding after hysteroscopy: in case of hysteroscopic treatment of submucosal fibroid, endometrial polyp, uterine diverticulum. Especially for larger submucosal fibroids, postoperative bleeding may be a little more frequent, which will be improved by promoting uterine contraction. 2. Bleeding after hysteroscopy: Hysteroscopy requires dilation of the cervix to allow the hysteroscope to enter the uterine cavity, which may damage tiny blood vessels when dilating the cervix. In addition, there is often a small amount of bleeding when the endometrium is biopsied under hysteroscopy, but the bleeding usually stops within 1 week. Bleeding after hysteroscopy or surgery, if the bleeding is small, keep an eye on it. If there is heavy vaginal bleeding that exceeds the amount of menstruation or if the bleeding does not stop, it is recommended that you go to the hospital in time for the necessary treatment to stop the bleeding.
