Trichomonas negative refers to a negative test result for Trichomonas in the secretions, indicating that the patient may not have Trichomonas vaginitis. When a female patient undergoes vaginal secretion examination, if she is not infected by Trichomonas, the test result of the secretion may be negative for Trichomonas, indicating that the woman may not have Trichomonas vaginitis, which is a better phenomenon, and treatment may not be needed. If the female patient does not do a good job of perineal cleanliness and hygiene care, trichomonas invades the mucosa of vaginitis, it may cause local inflammatory lesions, clinically known as trichomonas vaginitis. Patients may experience symptoms such as increased discharge, grayish-yellow or yellowish-green foamy discharge, odor, and vaginal itching.
