Hepatitis B test Hepatitis B 5 is the most accurate, i.e. Hepatitis B 2.5, including Hepatitis B Surface Antigen (HBsAg), Hepatitis B Surface Antibody (anti-HBs), Hepatitis B e Antigen (HBeAg), Hepatitis B e Antibody (anti-HBe), and Hepatitis B Core Antibody (anti-HBc).
1. Hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg): Positive indicates the presence of intact viral particles and that the body is infected with the hepatitis B virus.
2. Hepatitis B Surface Antibody (anti-HBs): it is a protective antibody, and its positivity suggests that the body has resistance to hepatitis B.
3. Hepatitis B e antigen (HBeAg): Positive indicates that the virus is active and is an indicator of infectiousness.
4. Hepatitis B e antibody (anti-HBe): Positive result suggests that the infectiousness of the virus has become weaker and the condition is in the recovery stage.
5. Hepatitis B e antibody (anti-HBe): it is divided into two kinds: IgM and lgG, anti-HBc-IgM positive suggests that the virus is active and contagious, and anti-HBc-IgG positive suggests that the virus has been infected in the past and is not contagious, so it does not need antiviral treatment.
Hepatitis B two half of 1, 3, 5 positive, for hepatitis B triple positive; 1, 4, 5 positive, for hepatitis B minor triple positive. Hepatitis B triple positive and minor triple positive are both infected with the hepatitis B virus, and require timely treatment and monitoring of changes in condition to prevent the occurrence of liver fibrosis, cirrhosis, and even liver cancer.
