Common causes are as follows: 1. When a pregnant woman lies on her back, the enlarged uterus compresses the inferior vena cava, which reduces the amount of return blood and decreases cardiac blood output. Some pregnant women can suddenly occur chest tightness and breath-holding, pale, cold sweat and other shock states, known as “supine hypotension syndrome”, when supine position leads to hypotension for too long, through the role of pressure sensing, causing sympathetic excitation, and release a large amount of adrenaline, resulting in a sharp rise in blood pressure, known as “supine hypertension syndrome”, whether it is hypotension or hypertension, will have a negative impact on the health of pregnant women.  5, cramps in the middle of the night: pregnant women to the late stage, often occur cramps and affect the quality of sleep, medical believe that cramps are mostly related to the sleeping position, usually easy to occur when the palms of the feet down.
