How to treat h3n2 flu

H3N2 is Influenza A H3N2, a respiratory disease caused by a mucovirus that can be transmitted through the respiratory tract. Currently there is no effective medicine for this disease, and it is mainly improved by antiviral treatment or symptomatic medication.
1. Antiviral treatment: Neuraminidase inhibitors such as Zanamivir and Oseltamivir. This drug has the effect of inhibiting and killing the virus, especially effective against influenza A and B. However, this drug is not effective after the patient’s symptoms appear. However, the drug should be taken within 48 hours of the onset of symptoms, and some patients may have some adverse reactions to the drug, such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea and other symptoms.
2. Symptomatic use of drugs: the treatment of H3N2 mainly follows the symptomatic use of drugs to alleviate some uncomfortable symptoms caused by the disease. For example, if the patient has high fever, ibuprofen and other drugs can be applied to achieve the purpose of antipyretic and analgesic; if the patient has serious cough symptoms, dextromethorphan and phenylpropylpiperine can be applied.
For H3N2 influenza, antiviral treatment should be carried out regardless of the patient’s condition. Specific treatment programs also need to be carried out under the guidance of the doctor, and should not be abused.
