Hypodense foci in the left lobe of the liver are considered as benign lesions or malignant lesions. Benign lesions are mainly considered as hepatic fatty infiltrates, hepatic cysts, hemangiomas, etc. Malignant lesions in the liver are also under consideration. Check the patient’s liver function, vascular tumor index and imaging enhanced CT and MRI to further clarify the nature of the lesion. Generally benign lesions have no post-enhancement enhancement under imaging, while malignant lesions show enhancement with enhancement. Tumor indicators generally methemoglobin is specific for primary hepatocellular carcinoma. Combined with whether the patient has a history of hepatitis, it can initially determine whether it is benign or malignant. Some patients have some confusion and ambiguity in imaging examination, which can be further reviewed and followed up. If malignancy cannot be excluded, surgery must be chosen to avoid the development of the disease.
