Are there any symptoms of low T-wave flattening?

T-wave flattening is the term used for the conclusion of an electrocardiogram. A low T wave does not necessarily mean that there is a problem and can be caused by physiologic reasons as well as diseases such as coronary heart disease and myocarditis. Therefore, low T-wave can be asymptomatic, or it can be characterized by chest tightness, chest pain, palpitations, dyspnea, and so on.
1. Physiological causes: for example, staying up all night and drinking alcohol before the examination can lead to T-wave flattening, but patients usually have no obvious clinical symptoms.
2. Diseases: for example, coronary heart disease, myocarditis, etc. Patients may have chest tightness, chest pain. Patients may have chest tightness, chest pain, palpitations, dyspnea and other symptoms. Those with obvious symptoms also need to be combined with cardiac ultrasound, myocardial enzymes and other test results to further determine the cause.
Low T-wave does not necessarily mean that there is a problem, and those with symptoms should be treated under the guidance of a doctor.
