Prednisone acetate tablets are a glucocorticoid that cannot be combined primarily with nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory and anti-inflammatory drugs such as ibuprofen extended-release capsules, diclofenac sodium enteric-coated tablets, acetaminophen tablets, antibiotics such as amphotericin B or carbonic anhydrase inhibitors, and anticholinergics such as atropine.
1. Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory and anti-inflammatory drugs: Combining with non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs such as ibuprofen and diclofenac sodium can enhance their ulcerogenic effects. Combining with acetaminophen tablets can increase the latter’s hepatotoxicity.
2. Antibiotics: combined with amphotericin B or carbonic anhydrase inhibitors, can aggravate hypokalemia, hypocalcemia and osteoporosis.
3. Anticholinergic drugs: long-term combination with anticholinergic drugs (such as atropine), can lead to increased intraocular pressure side effects are also obvious.
Severe peptic ulcer, infection, mental illness, osteoporosis or osteonecrosis of the femoral head are contraindications, there are many other drugs that can not be combined such as isoniazid tablets, mesylate tablets, etc., the application of the drug needs to be used under the guidance of a physician, and should not be applied blindly.
