Treatment of H. pylori, taking clarithromycin dispersible tablets, usually involves a combination of an antibiotic such as amoxicillin, an acid suppressant such as omeprazole, and a bismuth agent such as colloidal bismuth pectin. Taking clarithromycin dispersible tablets may cause adverse reactions such as abdominal pain, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, headache, allergies, anxiety, and dizziness. It is prohibited for those who are allergic to the drug or macrolides; prohibited for pregnant and lactating women; and prohibited for those with severe hepatic impairment and water-electrolyte disorders. For the treatment of Helicobacter pylori, it is recommended to take Clarithromycin Dispersible Tablets under the guidance of a physician, and it is not recommended to take the drug on your own.
