Gray nails can be eradicated. For milder gray nails, topical medications such as amorolfine hydrochloride ointment or application alone can be applied topically and need to be applied continuously for more than 6 months. For relatively heavy gray nails, such as nail fungus occurring on the hands or feet, you can apply terbinafine hydrochloride tablets 250mg/d for 4-10 weeks, or itraconazole capsules 400mg/d for 7 days per month for a course of treatment, usually requiring 3-4 courses of treatment, and fluconazole tablets, mainly 150mg, can be applied for nail fungus. Once a week orally, applied continuously for 12-18 weeks.
