Hepatitis B markers, which are immunologic indicators of the hepatitis B virus, i.e. hepatitis B penta, include hepatitis B surface antigen, hepatitis B surface antibody, hepatitis B E antigen, hepatitis B E antibody, and hepatitis B core antibody.
1. Hepatitis B Surface Antigen: For example, the presence of Hepatitis B Surface Antigen in the Hepatitis B Pentathlon indicates that the body is infected with the Hepatitis B virus.
2. Hepatitis B Surface Antibody: Hepatitis B Surface Antibody indicates that the body is immune to the Hepatitis B virus.
3. Hepatitis B E antigen: It indicates that the body is infected with Hepatitis B virus and the virus is actively replicating.
4. Hepatitis B E Antibody: indicates that the Hepatitis B virus is not actively replicating. If Hepatitis B surface antibody is positive and E antibody is positive, it indicates that the Hepatitis B virus has been cleared and is in the recovery period of viral infection.
5. Hepatitis B core antibody: Positive indicates that the body has been infected with hepatitis B virus.
Hepatitis B surface antigen, Hepatitis B e antigen and Hepatitis B core antibody are all positive: that is, triple positive, indicating that the patient is infected with Hepatitis B virus, the virus has not yet been cleared, and in general, the virus is more active in replication, and the contagiousness is relatively strong.
Hepatitis B surface antigen, Hepatitis B e antibody, Hepatitis B core antibody are all positive: i.e., small triple positive, indicating the presence of Hepatitis B virus in the body, but generally speaking, the virus replication is relatively inactive, and the contagiousness is relatively weak.
Hepatitis B five abnormal patients should go to the hospital in time to improve the relevant examination, and under the guidance of the doctor diagnosis and treatment.
