Precautions and contraindications after the puncture procedure

Contraindications and precautions after body puncture should be divided into matters of body surface puncture and matters of internal organs puncture.
1. Body surface puncture: for general body surface puncture, attention should be paid to postoperative sterilization, whether there is bleeding in the affected area, wound compression and subsequent dressing. Generally, it is simple and not too dangerous. Examples of superficial body puncture are thyroid puncture. It is forbidden to puncture if the puncture site is infected with skin ulceration or if the patient is unable to cooperate.
2. Precautions for visceral puncture: There are many precautions for puncture of internal organs or body cavities. For example, after chest and lung puncture, you should pay attention to your breathing condition and whether there is any abnormality in breathing movement.
Liver puncture should pay attention to postoperative rest for half a week. If there is a drain placed, pay attention to the drainage fluid, color, nature, amount of fluid, drainage tube is not blocked. After the operation, the puncture site should be sterilized and changed regularly.
Perforation out of the puncture site, the patient can not cooperate, puncture site infection prohibited puncture. Caution should be taken when puncturing patients with coagulation disorders.
