In addition to basic information such as name, gender, age, etc., the body of the ultrasound report card is generally viewed in the following ways: the section on what is seen on the ultrasound, the section on examination tips, and the section on ultrasound images. 1. Ultrasound Viewing Section The organs and tissues examined, the actual situation observed by the examining doctor generally have normal and abnormal observations, such as the liver size measurement, morphology is normal, parenchymal echogenicity is not homogeneous, there is no liquid or solid occupancy, the internal blood vessels and bile ducts in the liver and the internal diameter is not normal, color Doppler shows that there is no abnormality in the blood flow signals, the location of the abnormal lesions, the size of the internal echogenicity, and other information. 2. Ultrasound image Usually, positive cases are accompanied by images of major lesion features, and negative cases are accompanied by images of major normal structures. 3. Examination tips The ultrasonographer’s conclusions and recommendations are based on the results of the examination, combined with the patient’s clinical history and other information for a comprehensive diagnosis. It is recommended that the patient bring the report card to a specialized physician to avoid delaying the diagnosis of the disease.
