Cavitary infarction is formed by occlusion of small deep penetrating arteries, which is a subtype of cerebral infarction. Cerebral infarction is mainly caused by the patient’s long time high blood pressure and poor control, which leads to the occurrence of vitreous degeneration or atherosclerosis of small arteries, interruption of cerebral blood flow, ischemia and hypoxia necrosis of brain tissue, and softening of brain tissue. Cerebral infarction mainly includes large artery atherosclerosis type, small artery occlusion type, cardiogenic type, and other causes and reasons are unknown. Cavitary infarction belongs to the small artery occlusion type. When suffering from cerebral infarction, some patients do not have obvious symptoms, and some patients will have simple motor dysfunction or sensory dysfunction due to brain tissue damage. When suffering from cavernous infarction, patients should promptly go to the hospital outpatient clinic, under the guidance of the doctor’s treatment.
