How to get rid of mole melanoma?

Melanoma is a highly malignant tumor in dermatology. Most malignant melanomas occur due to the malignant transformation of dark pigmented nevi caused by repeated rubbing, scratching and injury, and inappropriate excavation and drug erosion can transform benign dark pigmented nevi into malignant melanomas. In terms of age, it mostly occurs in middle-aged and elderly people, and very few occur before puberty. It has been reported that 84% of malignant melanomas are from benign nevi. Wieeio reported that many patients do not notice the moles at the beginning of the disease because they are so small. Some experts believe that benign moles are the greatest source of malignant melanoma. Everyone has moles on their body, and whether they can become malignant, whether they need to be treated, and how to treat them are the main concerns. Moles, medically called pigmented moles, can appear on any part of the human body. In addition to growing on the body surface, some grow in the nasal cavity, external ear canal, lid margin, tear mound, oral mucosa, and on the mucosal surface of the gastrointestinal tract. Some of them can be benign for life, while others can become malignant. How should melanoma be treated? The 5-year survival rate of patients with early malignant melanoma can reach 60%-80% after surgical treatment. However, if the tumor is not detected and treated in time, the 5-year survival rate is less than 5% even after surgery, and metastasis and recurrence are very likely to occur. Therefore, timely and appropriate treatment is the key to improve the survival rate of patients with malignant melanoma. It should be noted that when progressively enlarging moles are found on the body, they should never be cauterized without authorization, let alone removed casually. When the tumor is removed after diagnosis by a regular hospital, pathological examination must be done to avoid delaying the diagnosis and treatment. The advantages of laser mole removal are as follows: (1) No damage to skin, hair follicles, no scars, only pigment removal. (2) It can remove pigments that cannot be removed by drugs and other methods. (3) Less painful, no anesthesia required. (4) Quick recovery, little impact on normal work. (5) Cold light sterilization, no cross-infection, no need for special care after surgery. It should be noted that laser can only be applied to the treatment of moles without malignant changes, for moles that have undergone malignant changes or skin lesions related to melanoma, laser treatment should never be used, otherwise the cancer cells will spread rapidly after receiving stimulation and crisis the patient’s life.
