There is hope for patients with squamous lung cancer to reach clinical cure with lymph node metastasis in the clavicle. When lymph node metastasis occurs in the clavicle of patients with squamous lung cancer, it represents that the disease has progressed to the intermediate stage, but there is still a possibility to reach clinical cure after treatment, which means that the survival rate is high within 5 years, but it is not completely curable. Lung squamous carcinoma is a unique pathological type of non-small cell lung cancer. Early and middle stages are mainly treated with surgical treatments such as thoracoscopic pneumonectomy, supplemented by radiotherapy, targeted therapy, immunotherapy and vascular targeted therapy, which can cure or alleviate the symptoms and prolong the life span. It is suggested that patients with squamous lung cancer should reduce or avoid the inhalation of air polluted with carcinogenic substances and dust in daily life. They should keep an optimistic mindset, actively cooperate with doctors for treatment, go to the hospital regularly for review after surgery, and pay attention to self-monitoring of their conditions.
