Can Shenque points stop sweating?

Shenque acupoint is an acupoint on the Ren vein, which is generally not used to stop sweating, but is useful for diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, stroke, edema and other diseases. Shenque acupoint is located in the abdomen, in the center of the navel, and is usually taken in the supine position. Shenque acupoints are generally used clinically to treat some gastrointestinal diseases, such as abdominal pain, diarrhea, prolapse, and dysentery. Shen Que acupoint can also treat the dehiscence and deficiency of stroke, and is also useful for edema and dysuria (unruly urination). There are no authoritative studies that have found Shen Que point to have a definitive antiperspirant effect. Shen Que points are generally available for moxibustion and massage, usually without needling. Moxibustion and massage need to be operated under the guidance of a medical professional, and needling should be operated with caution by a medical professional.
