The common causes of granular growths on a girl’s clitoris are folliculitis, vulvar cysts, pseudo-warts, condyloma acuminatum, and so on.
1. Folliculitis: mostly caused by bacterial infection, can be single or multiple, usually within two weeks of self-healing, if serious can be treated with antibiotics such as amoxicillin. If folliculitis is present in the clitoral area, it can usually appear as a rash above the surface of the skin and is accompanied by pain. So folliculitis can lead to the appearance of small meatballs on a girl’s clitoris.
2. Vulvar cysts: can also appear in the clitoris, most of the growth is slow, can be manifested in the case of granular-like fatty organisms, in the acute stage can appear red, swollen, hot and painful, as well as pus, to the chronic stage is usually painless and itchy.
3. Pseudo condyloma: can also appear in the vicinity of the clitoris, the production of this granular-like fatty organisms can be light white, light red or normal skin and mucous membrane color, usually touching the granular-like feeling, a few accompanied by a mild itching.
4. Condyloma acuminatum: caused by human papilloma virus infection. The most frequent in the clitoris, labia minora and near the anus, warts caused by the granularity of the cumbersome organisms, soft to the touch, if often touched with the hand, but also easy to cause erosion, and even bleeding.
