Will there be scars in the implant area?

Scars usually remain after skin grafting and their size can be determined by factors such as the extent and size of the graft.
Skin grafting is used to repair large skin tissue defects. Skin can usually be extracted from the abdomen, thighs, etc. The extracted skin is then trimmed according to the area of repair and grafted onto different traumatic tissues.
It is important to have adequate communication prior to the implant and to be aware of infections and other conditions after the procedure. Skin grafting is an invasive procedure and the marginal suture lines may produce linear scars. In the case of large burns, the implant area may be larger and leave a large scar.
If there is scarring around the sutures in the implant area, anti-scar medications such as mucopolysaccharides polysulfate can be used after surgery to prevent scarring. You will also need to apply aloe vera gel and other maintenance to make the scars as small as possible. If the effect is not obvious you can consider laser surgery and other treatments.
Medications need to be applied appropriately under the guidance of a physician.
