Whether a man’s body is weak or not needs to be judged according to different manifestations. From the perspective of Chinese medicine, male body deficiency is commonly characterized by qi deficiency, blood deficiency, yin deficiency and yang deficiency.
Qi deficiency: Qi deficiency is mainly characterized by fatigue, shortness of breath, and other manifestations of Qi deficiency; daily manifestations include low voice, shortness of breath, lazy speech, easy fatigue, lack of spirit, easy sweating, introversion, easy to suffer from colds and other illnesses, and relatively slow recovery.
Blood deficiency: Blood deficiency is mainly characterized by pale or yellowish color, dizziness, dry mouth, palpitations and dreams, numbness of hands and feet.
Yin deficiency: Yin deficiency is due to the lack of Yin fluid, the body loses nutrients to nourish. Mostly manifested as flushed cheeks, dry throat, five heart heat (two hands and two feet heart heat, and conscious heart and chest heat) and so on.
Yang deficiency: When yin deficiency reaches a certain level, yin deficiency cannot produce yang, which can lead to yang deficiency, which is usually manifested as coldness and fear of cold, lack of warmth in the limbs, lack of mental energy, pallor, and may also be characterized by fatigue and shortness of breath.
If a man has a deficiency, he can seek medical attention to identify the cause of the disease, and under the guidance of the doctor, actively regulate and improve the physical condition.
