A lot of small bumps on the nipple is generally divided into physiological and pathologic, such as Montgomery’s nodule, urticaria and so on. 1. Physiological factors: physiological factors lead to the growth of many small bumps on the nipple of the patient, may be due to the emergence of Montgomery’s nodes. Montgomery’s nodule is a normal tissue structure, but after pregnancy, the mammary glands will have secondary development, which will be presented as small bumps on the skin. 2. Pathological factors: Pathological factors lead to the appearance of many small bumps on the nipples of patients, mainly due to or allergic eczema. (1.) Urticaria: Urticaria leads to the appearance of small bumps on the breast, mainly because of the dilation of small blood vessels in the skin and mucous membranes, permeability increased, the formation of a limited edema caused by the disease. (2.) Allergic eczema: the appearance of allergic eczema may be caused by external stimuli or the patient’s contact with their own allergies, but also because of overwork, dry skin or endocrine disorders in the body. It is recommended that the patient go to a regular hospital, except for pathologic conditions, and follow the doctor’s instructions to receive treatment.
