Chinese herbal formulas for dispelling dampness include Pingqi San, Wu Ling San and Huo Xiang Zheng Qi San.
1. Ping Stomach San: Containing Houpu, licorice, atractylodes macrocephala, Chenpi and other traditional Chinese medicines, it has the efficacy of drying dampness and transporting the spleen, promoting the flow of qi and stomach, treating dampness stagnation in the spleen and stomach (dampness stagnation in the spleen and stomach) evidence, epigastric (abdominal) distension and fullness, lack of appetite, nausea and vomiting, belching (belching), acid swallowing (swallowing of the acid in the stomach that rushes up the oropharynx), and heaviness of limbs, and other symptoms.
Note that the drugs in this formula are hard, warm and dry, easy to consume gas and injure fluid, so it should not be used by people with insufficient yin and fluid or weak spleen and stomach, and pregnant women.
2. Wu Ling San: contains poria, cinnamon sticks, ze diarrhea, atractylodes, poria Chinese medicine ingredients, have diuresis and seepage of dampness (to promote the operation of water to dispel dampness), warm yang qi (warm the body of yang qi) effect, the main treatment of urinary incontinence (urine is not smooth), headache and fever, palpitations under the umbilical cord, oedema, diarrhea, and other symptoms.
3. Patchouli Zhengqi San: contains patchouli, bitter platycodonopsis, abdominal skin, semi-xia qu and other traditional Chinese medicines, has the effect of regulating qi and zhong (regulating the qi of the spleen and stomach, so that the function of the spleen and stomach is smooth), resolving the surface of the dampness (lifting the externally sensed evil, dispelling the dampness within the body), treating symptoms such as externally sensed wind-cold, internally injured dampness stagnation (caused by too much cold in the body due to the causes of diet stagnation of dampness), pain in the epigastrium and abdomen, chills (fear of cold) fever and other symptoms.
Note that cholera, vomiting and diarrhea are not allowed to take this formula.
