Minor surgeries include appendectomy, axillary surgery, circumcision, excision of superficial masses, incision and drainage of subcutaneous abscesses, minor debridement, multiple puncture, bone marrow biopsy, endoscopy in internal medicine, and medication or artificial abortion and amniocentesis in gynecology. Minor surgery mainly refers to surgery classified as a level 1 surgery in the surgical classification and management system; the viewpoint of the size of the surgery, many of which is relative to the hospital and physician level and other conditions, does not have a clearly defined meaning. Appendectomy needs to be done under epidural anesthesia, which is slightly higher risk; most of the minor surgeries can be done under local anesthesia in the outpatient operating room. Although the technical difficulty of minor surgery is relatively low, the risk is small, and the recovery is fast, but there are also incision infection, respiratory arrest, death and other surgical risks, clinical operation should not be careless. Clinical need for surgery regardless of size should go to a regular hospital, standardized operation to ensure maximum safety.
