The 3D ultrasound examination includes the shape of the fetus and the corresponding examination of the placenta and amniotic fluid. Normally a mandatory test for pregnant women between 22 and 28 weeks, this test looks at the three-dimensional shape of the fetus, as well as reconstructs the organs and tissues necessary for fetal growth and development from a three-dimensional perspective to see if there are abnormalities in these tissues and to ensure that the fetus has a complete appearance after birth and does not cause too much malformation to manifest. The tertiary examination is very important for both the fetus and the pregnant woman because it can detect the presence of malformations, congenital abnormalities and other special manifestations of the fetus from the time of the mother, so the tertiary ultrasound examination is normally required for pregnant women between 22 and 28 weeks.
