Currently, many obstetrical and gynecological surgeries have been replaced by laparoscopic surgeries. Laparoscopic surgery is an advanced treatment technology with the advantages of no abdomen opening, small wound, less intraoperative bleeding, light pain, fast postoperative recovery and short hospital stay. The indications are as follows: 1, suspected endometriosis, laparoscopy is the gold standard method to confirm the diagnosis. 2, acute and chronic abdominal pain of unknown origin, pelvic pain, dysmenorrhea for which treatment is ineffective. 3.Patients with infertility in order to clarify or exclude pelvic diseases and determine the degree of tubal patency and observe the ovulation status. Laparoscopic evacuation of the fallopian tubes and treatment of other pelvic lesions under direct vision are the most effective treatment methods. 4, Persistence of ovarian mass less than 5 cm after menopause. 5.Evaluation of the effect of malignant tumor after surgery or chemotherapy. 6.Ectopic pregnancy examination: laparoscopy is the most reliable method to diagnose ectopic pregnancy. When it is difficult to diagnose by conventional clinical methods, laparoscopy can confirm the diagnosis, which can clarify the pregnancy site, the degree of damage to the affected fallopian tube, and intra-abdominal bleeding. 7.Laparoscopy: It can diagnose abnormalities of reproductive tract, such as infantile uterus, bicornuate uterus, stumpy uterus, saddle-shaped uterus, double uterus, etc., and has high clinical diagnostic value for some diseases.
