Does early stage kidney cancer live past 40 years?

Early stage kidney cancer may be able to survive for more than 40 years. Kidney cancer is a very common type of malignant tumor in the urinary system. Generally, there are no obvious symptoms in the early stage. It may be found as an occupying lesion in the kidney during physical examination, and then with the development of the disease, there may be back pain and hematuria. If there is no metastasis from other parts and the lesion is relatively limited, preliminary staging can be done through imaging examination. Early stage kidney cancer is mainly treated by partial nephrectomy or radical unilateral nephrectomy, and postoperative treatment can be combined with biological immunotherapy, which can be seen while treatment. If the survival after surgery exceeds 5 years without recurrence, it can be said to reach clinical cure. If there is no recurrence for more than 10 years, it is possible to exceed 20, 30, or even 40 years later, which means it does not affect life expectancy. But there is no way to determine how long you can survive, you can only see it while you are being treated.
