High-risk HPV infection is clinically the most serious with HPV type 16 and HPV type 18 positivity. It is more serious because the vast majority of Asian women with cervical cancer are caused by HPV type 16 and hpv18 infection. In case of low-risk HPV infection, HPV type 6 and HPV type 11 infections are clinically the most serious because these two HPV infections can lead to genital warts. It is mainly cross-infected through sexual contact, and the incubation period can be as long as four months in the clinic, so it can cause a lot of trouble for the patient. In case of high risk HPV infection, vaginal examination must be given to mainly exclude whether the cervical epithelium has been lesioned.
