Symptoms of Toxic Sores

Symptoms of poisonous sores include a raised rash at the site of the sore, and some sores may appear as blisters or yellowish inflammatory secretions or white pus. In addition, the skin around the sore may become flushed and painful to the touch, and some sores may become itchy. The fluid from the ruptured sore may cause poisoning and sores if it flows onto other skin surfaces. Therefore, it is important to confine the venomous sores so that the venom does not invade other skin surfaces and worsen the symptoms.
