The most common test for H. pylori is a breath test, such as carbon 13 and carbon 14, after which the disease needs to be judged based on the test data. The normal value of H. pylori test should be negative, once the test result is positive, it indicates that the stomach has been infected with H. pylori and needs to be treated as soon as possible. H. pylori positive in the treatment is based on a combination of drugs, the common treatment methods are triple therapy, quadruple therapy. Triple therapy requires two antibiotics combined with an acid-suppressing drug, while quadruple therapy requires the addition of a mucosal protective agent, such as aluminum thioglycollate and colloidal bismuth, to the triple therapy.
