Wild hops should not be taken long-term for insomnia

I recently saw a lot of patients suffering from insomnia because they were afraid to go to a large hospital to see expensive and listen to friends and pharmacies to buy their own wild hops to take more than thirty dollars per bottle. There was a patient who had been suffering from insomnia for more than a year and had eaten more than 20 combinations of wild hop flowers but never got well. The patient was very grateful to me from the bottom of his heart and later introduced many patients who had similar experiences with him to see me. I would like to urge all insomnia patients not to take wild hops for insomnia for a long time, but only intermittently at best. Once again, all Valium-type sleeping pills should not be used for a long time, otherwise it will lead to cryptic and dependence, and affect memory and alertness! However, patients with really severe insomnia should not be overly scared and nervous about taking occasional short-term intermittent sleeping pills.
