Alzheimer’s diagnosis criteria

  I. AD dementia diagnosis Meet the diagnostic criteria for dementia (neurocognitive disorder): 1. One or more cognitive domains (complex attention, executive ability, learning and memory, language, perception, and social cognition) are significantly reduced compared to the individual’s past.  2. Affects independence in daily life (e.g. instrumental life skills: paying bills).  3.Excluding the delirium phase, cognitive impairment occurs not in the delirium phase.  4.The above impairment cannot be explained by other mental and affective disorders (e.g., depression, schizophrenia, etc.).
