Many malignant tumors will develop rupture, bleeding, infection and pain in advanced stage, which is a main feature of malignant tumors. Rupture means that the tumor breaks through the envelope and may infiltrate to surrounding localities and distant metastasis, which is the main hazard of malignant tumor and may spread and metastasize, and the disease progresses more rapidly and proliferates infinitely, and there may be no way to control the disease. Therefore, the stage of malignant tumor may be relatively early before rupture occurs, and it can be radically treated by surgery, mainly by expanding the resection of tumor and doing peripheral lymph node dissection, and the postoperative effect is a little better with radiotherapy. If the tumor has already ruptured, there is a possibility of distant metastasis, and many patients do not have the chance of radical surgery, indicating that the disease has reached the end stage.
