Prevention methods of cardiovascular diseases

Cardiovascular disease is the number one killer of people’s health, and is a generic term for cardiovascular disease and cerebrovascular disease, which refers to ischemic or hemorrhagic diseases of the heart, brain and whole body tissues caused by hyperlipidemia, blood viscosity, atherosclerosis and hypertension. Diseases occurring in the arteries of the heart are called cardiovascular diseases, mainly coronary heart disease, myocardial infarction, etc. Lesions occurring in the cerebral arteries are called cerebrovascular diseases, mainly cerebral hemorrhage, cerebral thrombosis, cerebral embolism, etc. The young age of cardiovascular diseases is worrying. Since cardiovascular diseases have the characteristics of “four highs and one more”: high incidence, high disability rate, high mortality rate, high recurrence rate, and many complications, the best way is to prevent them before they happen. The aging and hardening of blood vessels is the main cause of these diseases, to prevent these diseases, we must start from the details of life, to slow down the decline of blood vessels, to maintain the unimpeded flow of blood transport lines, in order to effectively avoid the occurrence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease. 1, first of all, we should limit the total calories: it is advisable to eat more coarse grains to increase the content of complex sugars and fibers. The intake of fat should be limited to less than 30% of the total calories, mainly vegetable fat, and appropriate lean meat, poultry and fish. Cholesterol intake should be less than 300 mg per day, and the cholesterol in an egg is close to 300 mg. It is best for cardiovascular patients to eat half an egg per day or one egg every two days. In addition, the intake of animal offal should be especially limited because animal offal is also a high cholesterol food, especially pig brain, which contains more than 3,000 mg of cholesterol per 100 grams. The daily intake of protein from pasta should account for half of the body’s needs, and the rest can be obtained from milk, yogurt, fish and soy products, and the daily intake of protein for cardiovascular and cerebrovascular patients should not exceed 1 gram per kilogram of body weight. The World Health Organization recommends that we consume 6 grams of salt per day, and the current average salt intake of our residents is more than 10 grams, and for cardiovascular and cerebrovascular patients, the daily intake of salt should be strictly controlled at less than 5 grams. Especially in autumn and winter, when sweating is low and activity is reduced, salt intake should be strictly controlled. Appropriate intake of food with natural anticoagulant effect, such as garlic, onion, green onion, coronary, shiitake mushroom, lobster, tomato, red grape, orange, spirulina, parsley, carrot, hawthorn, nori, kelp, black fungus, etc. 2, change bad habits: obesity, lipid metabolism disorders are risk factors for the occurrence of this disease, so in the diet regulation, pay attention to quit smoking and limit alcohol, because smoking and alcohol can interfere with lipid metabolism, so that lipid elevation. Avoid mental stress, emotional excitement, insomnia, overwork, irregular life, anxiety, depression, these factors can make lipid metabolism disorder. Middle-aged and elderly people should not play mahjong or chess for a long time, keep a calm and peaceful mind, and try to be less angry. Strengthen physical activity, insist on exercising for one hour every day, and the heart rate should not exceed 170 times/minute and the difference of age, or the body should sweat slightly, not feel fatigue, and feel relaxed after exercise. Actively treat diseases affecting blood lipid metabolism, such as diabetes, hypertension, hypothyroidism, nephrotic syndrome, alcoholism, pancreatitis, etc., and prevent the occurrence of cardiovascular diseases. 3, regular physical examination: regular physical examination, monitoring blood pressure, blood lipids, blood glucose concentration. Middle-aged people should do physical examination once a year and monitor blood pressure, blood lipids, blood glucose, especially when there are various stimulating factors (such as changes in emotions, changes in exercise), the body is often in a state of stress more detailed examination should be done.
