You must not know the sleep hygiene

  Insomnia is a subjective experience in which the patient is dissatisfied with the duration and/or quality of sleep and affects daytime social functioning. Precautions are as follows: i. Avoid alcohol and caffeinated beverages, as well as smoking, especially after late afternoon; ii. No indigestible food within 2 hours before bedtime; iii. After dinner, do not drink large amounts of water to reduce nocturnal urination; iv. Do not participate in overly exciting and active environments after 5:00 p.m.; v. Know clearly that the bed should only be used for sleeping, and if it is only for rest and relaxation, sit in a chair Establish a set of procedures to prepare for bed; vii. The bedroom environment should be conducive to sleep, such as appropriate temperature, light and sound; viii. After going to bed, relax your mind, you can think of something pleasant to promote sleep; ix. Wake up at the same time every day, and on weekends is no exception, you can use an alarm clock for this purpose; x. Maintain regular physical exercise, but do not perform heavy exercise before bedtime.
