If there are no uncomfortable symptoms after stenting, a review is needed in about a year. If patients with coronary artery disease do not have discomfort symptoms such as chest tightness, chest pain, dyspnea and so on after stenting, it is recommended that they should undergo relevant examinations in three months, six months and one year or so; the purpose of the review is to find out whether the medication has produced any side effects on the patients and whether the therapeutic purpose has been achieved, and to adjust the medication program according to the results of the examination. The contents of the review include blood test, routine blood test, liver function, kidney function, blood ion, blood lipid, fasting blood glucose, blood coagulation four items, blood uric acid, but also routine stool test with latent blood and urine routine; physical examination includes electrocardiogram, cardiac ultrasound, electrocardiogram exercise load test, or dynamic electrocardiogram, and so on. One year after stenting, a review is needed to adjust the treatment program under the doctor’s advice.
