Shoulder and neck blockage usually refers to pain in the shoulder and neck and is often associated with muscle tension in the shoulder and neck and cervical spondylosis. Due to individual differences in patients, there is no absolute best way to exercise. Exercises commonly used are as follows:
1. Use the head and neck to write the “m” character. Bending the head in all directions can effectively exercise the stretching function of the neck muscles, move the joints of the cervical vertebrae, strengthen the neck muscles, maintain the natural elasticity of the soft tissues of the neck, correct the small misalignments of the cervical vertebrae joints, dysfunctions of the cervical vertebrae joints, and restore or improve the physiological curve of the cervical vertebrae and the balance of the mechanics, and so on.
The above exercises are effective in preventing cervical cervical spondylosis and nerve root cervical spondylosis, but if the condition is serious or spinal cord cervical spondylosis, the above exercises are not applicable, which may easily cause nerve damage.
2. You can cross your hands behind your head, press your hands forward and push your neck backward to train the muscle strength of the back of the cervical spine.
3. You can place both hands in front of the forehead and press backward, and the neck will resist the forward movement, thus exercising the muscles in front of the cervical vertebrae, and at the same time, the muscles on the left and right sides of the body can also be exercised in the same way.
The above exercises can assist in relieving the symptoms of shoulder and neck muscle tension, and have a certain preventive and adjuvant therapeutic effect on some cervical spine diseases. It is recommended that patients consult their doctors in a timely manner and exercise under their guidance to prevent injuries caused by blind self-exercise.
