Menopause is a physiological stage for women around the time of menopause. Perimenopause, generally known as perimenopause, consists of three stages: premenopause, menopause, and postmenopause, in which premenopause is characterized by menstrual disorders and can also be accompanied by hot flashes and sweats, irritability, loose teeth, and other manifestations. Perimenopausal women’s reproductive organs and breasts also gradually shrink. Most women can self-regulate and pass through this period smoothly, but there are also women who suffer from “menopause syndrome” due to physical, family, social, psychological and work-related factors, and who need to consult a doctor in a timely manner if they experience this condition.
